Is the Town of Stoneham going to join the other 125 communities in MA issuing a water ban??? We do not have to have a full water ban, but a partial the same as our surrounding towns. I think of the future of our environment for our grandchildren every time I see my neighbors sprinkler system on 3-4 times a day. Such a waste of a very important resource.

The Department of Public Works does not have authority to issue a water ban.
Town Code Chapter 14 Section 14-2 Restrictions of Water Use outlines the powers / abilities of the Town Administrator regarding water bans.
Issue will be redirected to Board of Selectmen due to current temporary Town Administrator not having access to SeeClickFix.
