This issue has been brought up multiple times and ignored. See issue IDs: 1824803,1829365, 1514474, 1485043.

This morning, my neighbor was in a nasty wreck at this very intersection due to the very reason shown in the above issues.

I hate to say we told you so, but it's time you STOP IGNORING US! Are you going to wait until somebody gets killed? If so, you will have to answer for why you knew this was a public safety hazard, were pleaded with to fix it on numerous occasions, and did nothing.

The previous issue was closed with the explanation that changes to redwood are in the early planning stages. You at least owe us a time line.

If UDOT again refuses to address this, we'll take the issue up through our local government.

This isn't a convenience thing. We're talking about the safety of my neighbors and family.
