Large, deep uncovered concrete "tank trap" on rail road tracks side across from the pictured street sign. Besides the jagged rear protruding where one would hope had been a cover, this is just a deep hole close to the street waiting to injure an unsuspecting human or animal.

Isn't it about time the Harry Hayes dysfunctional program ends?
It's apparent that a/any contractor can and would achieve garbage and recycling removal at a rate less expensive and far more efficient that has been demonstrably proven by H-PWE Solid Waste has to date.
Something need to change and the H=PWE administration needs to be tossed.

The ditch needs to be dug out on both sides of 200 Wynne 77009. On the East side there is only a few inches of reveal on a 18" culvert. On the West side the entire ditch has been filled by dirt with culvert unseen. Therefore there is little to no drainage communication on the 200 block of Wynne between Dunlop and Karcher.

large and increasing pot hole on City ROW on/@ 200 Wynne across from Jefferson Elementary school delivery gate. Needs to be filled as the road proper is collapsing into it. Wynne basically becomes one lane a few times a day as cars que up to pick up their kids. This forces all other traffic including many semi tractor trailers trucks headed both directions to utilize the north side of the street due to the que. This hole needs to be stabilized and paved.

Put up reflectorized "slap sticks" like those dividing the I-10 HOV lane along the yellow line to alert vehicles to stay right and slow down. The road becomes two way, markings are faded and there is an increased ped/bike traffic utilizing the area to access the WOB trail.

Put up reflectorized "slap stick" stanchions like those that divide the I-10 HOU lane along the yellow line on the Katy Service road before the Cottage Grove Park. Every few months someone does not realize the feeder ends and plows into the curb as evidenced by photo. Putting up a barrier arrow sign might help as well.

Why are they not picking up the yard waste in Rice Military, this is now three weeks ago.

If there's a question as to why there
is illegal dumping, it might have to do with the City not honoring their
part of the contract. The contract is taxpayers pay taxes, the City agrees to perform services, in this case pick up the trash.

It would be very nice if this sidewalk was completed at the Cottage Grove park instead of it ending in a mud puddle. Addionally, it would be good if the sidewalk were completed to the north as well so people pushing baby buggies did not have to walk in the street to access the park.

For the 2nd week in a row the yard waste placed at the street thru out the Rice Military neighborhood has not been collected. This is the case more often than not, consequently the compistible bags break or decompose making more work for everyone to clean up.
Let's get public works to stick to the schedule.
