This should be reported as a hit and run to OPD on line please also include the license plate left behind. OPD has a site for just hit and run for on line reporting or call 238-3155. People need to be held accountable for there actions.

No I am just trying help the user to get information to the right places. I have found that the PWD call center does not have a good track record in referring issues to the right dept's or at all. Plus if people do not file about crimes and criminal activity even on line the more likely it will keep occurring. Damage to City property, private property and who knows about the car but they did drive off it looks like?. This could have been much much worse.
