a car hit the public trash receptacle at the ac transit bus stop in front of 7850 Mac Arthur. the debris has been there for 2 days and the receptacle is way out of place as well.

I am indeed the user David. You gave helpful information. for sure. but, alas, I am on a plane and have been traveling all day. if you have the time - since you know exactly who to contact, might it make sense for you to do so..?? like you said - "This should be reported as a hit and run to OPD on line please also include the license plate left behind. OPD has a site for just hit and run for on line reporting or call 238-3155."
