The City Traffic Engineer stated that Google Earth shows that there are signs for directions the two directions on FM 2818 from FM 2154. He will ask TxDOT to confirm that the signs are present.

Those signs are right at the intersection (in case of N-bound 2818 exit, it is even past the turn!). But there are no signs ahead of the intersection, - to allow the drivers to use the correct lane. As a result, - drivers are forced to slow down and meander, while trying to figure out. This creates many very dangerous situations.

And here is the sign for SB FM-2818 at the intersection where you are supposed to take a left turn from the left turning lane (#3). There are no signs at or before that left-turn lane starts.

Well, I hope the City cares about safety of its people even at the intersections maintained by TxDOT, and could pass this information to TxDOT, as I have suggested in the original message.
