Yes - I noticed this yesterday as well and noticed the trash spreading up and down the street. Trash pick up has already come this week. Please make sure this careless eyesore is properly cleaned up quickly.

This house put this trash out loose with no container/bag from the City or Granger so it wasn't picked up on either of their trash collection days.
