الوصف

When one is driving on Deacon Dr., crossing Longmire Dr. is a challenge: the roadside ditch that goes on the side of Longmire Dr. used to divert rainwater from the intersection is too deep. As a result, unless you almost stop, you are risking scraping the pavement with the bottom of your vehicle, especially if you are driving a regular passenger sedan.
You can see the traces of repeated scraping of the pavement on both sides of the intersection.

The fact that vehicles have to virtually stop at the intersection creates a dangerous situation (my car was almost rear-ended on numerous occasions), and adds to the congestion at this busy intersection during the "rush" hours. It works as an inverted speed-bump, only that it actually damages your car's bottom.

Please, fix this problem by improving the implementation of these rainwater "ditches".

This issue has been reported 3.5 months ago, but was "forwarded to Public Works", where it apparently died without any followup. Could you please ensure that the issue is not dropped?!
