confusion of signs and street markings ArquivadaWhalley Ave Pond Lilly Ave New Haven, Connecticut - AmityTwo signs state right lane turn only. Markings on road show a right turn only then a straight and right turn only arrow. This is confusing. Also, the turn right only lane has a straight path forward. Do not understand why this lane requires a right turn only. This corner can create an accident because of the confusion generated. The road markings are very old and needs to be repainted to remove any confusion here. Cars ignore the signs. If a car was to move left to go straight, then they have to quickly move back into the right hand lane for no apparent reason, this can make for trouble at this location just before the Willber Cross highway. This intersection is very crowded with cars and lane switching very dangerous. . .

high tension wires near metal Arquivada410 Waterfront Street New Haven, Connecticut - AnnexA gigantic container of scrape metal is built next to high tension wires coming out of UI power generation plant. The height of the metal mountain appears to be at the height of the wire , If arcing was to occur, there would be a major blackout in the city. Also, what affect would so much metal have on the fields (corona, EMF) around the wire? Then if the metal was lowered, how much danger to the operator working on so high a pile? I have seen this while driving on 95, but never seen the pile so high. and I fell this should be addressed.
