An uncapped hypodermic needle is on the ground where the left pedestrian signal is located going toward downtown. Public safety was called on Saturday and today.

On the right hand side on Water Street if you are going toward downtown pass the corner of Water and East after the third fire hydrant there is a light pole whose metal plate on the bottom is missing exposing wires or cables. I was told by the City of New Haven Electric Department on another occasion these can be live. I called public safety.
