I have reported potholes like that on Hillside and also Henry and DPW closed the issue without patching them and I noticed the same has happened with similar requests, like Burns and E. Rock Park Dr. Maybe you will say "call the alder", but I wonder if potholes that aren't a certain depth can't be patched because the patching asphalt has to be a certain thickness to form a stable patch.

So why does DPW close the issues without patching the potholes on Henry St, Burns St, E. Rock Park Dr, Farnam Dr, etc?
