City needs to take action

There shouldn’t be any parking in this area. It’s hard for exit from the driveway. Whether cars are parked on the street or in the area. Someone removed the no parking sign and it should be replaced. The property owner has improved the area the city has abandoned. Agree with need to replace the no parking sign.

Is it ok to grab land after you improve it?
