This house is a repeat offender in the neighborhood. The address is actually 1424-1426 Ella Grasso but they place their garbage on the Elm Street side of the property. People in the neighborhood have called the City before on this house, but the garbage remains. Time to begin fining the owner or tenant.

I am working with Public Works and the owner of the property to get trash cans/recycling cans. Currently they do not have either. I monitor this property weekly and will continue to do so until they get the proper containers from Public Works.
