Something is wrong with the traffic light on James and State Street. If a car is coming on James street and stops at the traffic light when its YELLOW instead of running it; the traffic light would not change to green for a while. A driver had to ran the red light so it would finally changed to green for everybody else waiting on James street. I seen this happened also at the light on Clay and Ferry street. Not good during morning rush hour.
