Description

If Texting & Driving is Illegal in the State of MA why are there sooooo many drivers texting and driving??? IMO the cities & towns have to step up enforcement or increase the fines to $1,000. I urge the Town of Stoneham to make the streets safe for those who abide by the law . Thank You
