I 40 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding construction without permits. I 40 arrived at the address and spoke to one of the workers who noted that all they are doing is cleaning up the place to get it ready for some work also removing some damage sheetrock under a new PRJ#. At the time of the investigation, no work needing permits or visible violations were found. On this day I 40 spoke to the guy in charge over the phone who noted that he has the plans in the city for the remodeling of the place and that they will not start any work needing permits before obtaining the necessary permits and that no load bearing walls or non-load bearing walls were getting removed at the time until permits were paid. This 311 task is now closed.
