R. Water main break or issue

P. Please briefly describe the situation.
R. Water is flowing rather heavily from the pavement near the NW side of crosswalk at State and Eagle Streets. Seems to come from a seam between pavement panels about midway between Capitol lawn and crosswalk signal pole.
