There is a large broken branch hanging in the tulip tree in front of my house that needs to be removed. There is another large dead branch in the tree as well. Branches falling from this tree have caused substantial damage to my property in the past for which the City has refused any responsibility. So I would appreciate if these branches were removed immediately before they fall on someone or cause damage to vehicles or other property.
