Notice with reminder of snow removal rules was left on the door.

It seems obvious that reminders, and second reminders don't work on this location. Perhaps they feel that they are above the law. The snow remains on the Mansion and Kalamazoo Street sidewalks.

We have to give 24hrs after it stops snowing before we can do anything about the snow removal. Since it snowed again last night that time period will expire later tonight. We are working to find exactly who is responsible for clearing the walks since the historical society owns the property. This will be followed up and enforced moving forward. While this is my first winter doing this I went back to check previous complaints and could find no formal complaints have ever been opened about snow removal at this site in the past.

Obviously the snow is gone for now. This will be monitored in the future for compliance.
