The YMCA Day Care at 39 Pleasant street is blocking traffic through the one way parking lot on Gould street. The students are all held on a school bus at 5:00-5:30pm while waiting for the parental pick up. The parents then park their vehicles all around the bus and sometimes just in the middle of the parking lot if a space isnt open. This then blocks off all other traffic trying to get through to the other end.
