I don't see this as a city issue, other than citing the building owner for litering in the alley. I think the city has more than enough to do without repairing privately owned buildings.
The glass is in the alley which is city property. If not a city issue, then someone should get the building owner to clean it up. Just wanted someone to be aware of the problem, that's all. Sorry if you all disagree.
Agreed, the city bears the responsibility of stopping littering on public property and I wish they would take care of that. This is more of a police/ public safety issue. I was of the understanding that this site focused more on public works.
