DPW monitors this site during business hours Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm. Its not necessary to call if you post a manhole cover issue.
Is there a manhole cover missing at this address or were you just using it to post your message?

I might be wrong, but I believe this reported issue is in reference to the following issue which is about a dislodged manhole cover in front of 65 Laurel Road.

There is not a manhole missing at 250 Orange Street I was posting my message.
Can I please have the number of your supervisor so I can discuss the need for your policy to be changed? Besides the chance of the city not seeing a post when it is reported during the day as I previously mention, you also have nights and weekends.
