As of the 8th, those empty beer bottles are now glass shards on the walkway of the bridge. There is always broken beer bottle glass on this bridge. If we want to seriously try to improve the image (and crime rates) of the Borough, I urge the Streets Department and the Borough Council to consider Broken Windows Theory.
