There is a fully grown dead deer on the shoulder is Capital Blvd southbound near the Wade Ave overpass.

This area looks like an abandoned car lot.

Two trees have fallen into the street- Knaresborough Rd, blocking access to the driveway of elderly property owners

There is a wire or something tied around the power lines that cross over the street here. This wire is tying the lines together but the end of it is hanging down. This looks like a very poor job of trying to get the bottom line off the ground a little more. Is the wire hanging down dangerous? It appears to me that it is possible that it is hot (electrified) since it is touching several lines. It is hanging down far enough where tall vehicles could possibly touch it.

The dashed white lines separating turn lanes turning left onto women's club need to be redrawn. They swing too wide into the unmarked Lane of travel for the opposite direction turning.

Street light is 95% obscured by tall Oak tree on owner's property which makes this a dangerous intersection. Duke Energy will NOT trim this tree due to the fact that their is NO O/H power line in the area. City of Raleigh, please make it a point to keep this tree trimmed WAY BACK, for it is dangerous at night at the intersection of Old Brick Ct and iron Horse Rd.

I broke down tonight in the right hand lane of Glenwood westbound just before 440. There's so much overgrown vegetation on the shoulder that I couldn't pull over. There's a lot of overgrown vegetation on Glenwood between 440 and Oberlin.

Water connection cover has fallen into the hole.

I am not sure how to go about resolving this issue, but every morning between 6-6:20am, a vehicle in the parking lot of this apartment complex honks its horn on average once a minute for up to 5-15 minutes until the person they're there to pick up walks out. I know horn honking is a public nuisance per City Code (see Sec. 12-5007(c).Sec 12-5008). Can the city notify the tenants of this complex that horn honking is not allowed?
