    Don't know if this is an issue for 311, but there seems to be an increase in the number of commercial trucks illegally using the Yale St. bridge over White Oak Bayou now that law enforcement doesn't regularly run stakeout like it used to. There were two 18-wheelers on the bridge at the same time today.
