There is no parking on the even side of West Prospect St, but many of the signs have faded completely or gone missing. Consequently, people have begun parking on the even side. If there is a car parked legally on the odd side of the street (which there often are due to the multifamily houses here), traffic can get very congested, especially during school drop off and pick up at Davis.
