Trash and cannot go to the alley as 713 has no alley access. They are, in fact, supposed to be put in front. Just saying

I don't think trash supposed to be strewn about in front of people's cars and not even in the trash cans. I don't think trash cans are supposed to always be out front, should they not be put away until it is time for trash collection.

Furniture and trash placed on curb should be removed.

I believe the broken furniture and un-bagged garbage was from a tenant who got evicted. Suddenly and forcibly. No one else is happy that s/he left junk on the curb either, but despite the fact that numerous people have reported it to the city, myself included, public works has not picked it up.

The property management company for 715 Chimborazo Blvd is Great Richmond Rentals (OR KRS Holdings, doing business as great Richmond rentals). Perhaps you could file some sort of complaint about them with the city or the state corporation commission? Or call their office and annoy them until they do something about it. (Hint: good luck, you won't be the first who's tried). But I imagine that the tenants who abandoned the property is the only one who can be held legally accountable. And they are long gone.

Oh, and the cans should absolutely be put away. I imagine the landlord or management company has a provision in their leases with the tenants allowing them to fine them if they don't do what they are supposed to do. 4 apartments, probably 50 dollars (Again, let's just say I know the management company well....). Maybe they just might be willing to come fix the problem if you point out that they can then start collecting fees?

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
