Why do the tenants at 100 Washington Ave think that the public trash receptacle is for their own personal use ? The rest of use have to use the barrels that were given to us by the city or the orange bags that we have to pay for and we have to put out trash out on the right day yet the tenants don’t have to follow these same rules. The public trash bin is overflowing with trash and attracting rats to the neighborhood Please let DPW know about this and fix the situation
