Missing speed limit sign on Skycrest eastbound. The speed drops from 45 to 35 at Brentwood when the road changes from Raleigh
Boulevard to Skycrest. There is no sign showing this until after Hill St.

The westbound side does have the appropriate signs, showing the speed staying at 35.
