Description

SAFETY at Clifton Street "Canoe Launch"
This photo was taken October 1, 2019. The end of Clifton St has a sidewalk out to this brick area with eroding bricks, earth, debris and fencing.
People access this public area for river view, fishing and launching personal watercraft. Soon we will have winter storms adding to tidal erosion in the area.
I don't know how to post more than one photo in see-click-fix. I have others, some more recent.

This seating area is at the end of Clifton St and is a safety hazard to pedestrians, children, people in motorized wheel chairs. It needs immediate repair or the erosion will destroy this spot

Could you call them again to get a more specific date or time to get this issue taken care of ? Otherwise this issue will molder here for a year or so and conveniently closed out with nothing getting done. I have seen this happen more than I would like.
