Speeding - posted speeds are 25mph yet drivers constantly exceed 40mph with motorcycle racing happening regularly in the evenings.

Yes even on the section south of Grand that was redone they drive like lunatics. In the part where it it curves closer to Grand and down near the tow lot, I have almost been hit head on by cars crossing the double lines. The added features haven't slowed traffic at all. They just cross the double lines into oncoming traffic to maintain 40+mph an hour.

I watched someone pass another person the other day who was already going close to 50. It's really very dangerous, especially when you realize there are kids that still ride bikes on the street.
