I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Public Works checked this area, this damage is considered part of the driveway and is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain and replace.

As this is a safety hazard for pedestrians, I would like the City to notify the property owner to make the necessary repairs.
