Descrição
Along northbound Oberlin Rd, in front of the construction side, the rain has accumulated into a puddle that makes the sidewalk impassable. The only options are to walk through the puddle, or walk in the street.
The problem is the sand mound (as seen on the left portion of the attached photo) that prevents the water from draining. Please have whoever is responsible construct a way for rain to drain. Walking in a traffic lane - even briefly - is unsafe.
Thank you!

Please do not close my issue until the City has had a chance to respond.
The puddle is several inches deep, goes all the way up to the traffic lane, and the construction site has blocked drainage. There is another construction site across the street that has totally closed the opposite sidewalk down. This leaves nowhere for pedestrians to walk other then in the traffic lane.
The puddle will go away, but the consequences of someone getting hit by a car because they're walking [or riding their wheelchair or mobility chair] in the road may not just go away.
