Description

There is an ongoing construction of the new BMW-Mercedes car dealership here. During the daytime, because of the construction of the turning/entrance lane, one of the two existing lanes is partially blocked by the traffic safety cones.

The problem is that the placement of these safety cones is rather ambiguous: it is not clear if this (right-hand-side) lane is closed or not:
There are no signs preceding the area that would indicate that the lane is closed.
The cones are on the side of this lane, but they "indent" into the lane itself significantly enought to prevent cars (and especially wider trucks) from traveling safely in this lane, without "spilling over" into the second lane. This creates an unsafe situation when cars/trucks from this RHS lane effectively drive between the lanes, meandering in front of
the cars from the other lane.

It would be great if the construction managers would make-up their mind and either close this lane completely, adding the necessary signs upstream, or would refrain from placing the safety cones this deep into the lane.
