Description

Inadequate bicycle parking at Panera in Frandor. The only bike rack was full, had to lock our bicycles to an outdoor patio chair. Spoke with general manager who said they can't do anything and that Video To Go had a bike rack. Made note to manager that I was patronizing Panera not Video To Go. Note: Video To Go is across the parking lot and street with inadequate bicycle parking as well in addition to unsafe pedestrian crossing to get from there to Panera.
