This is feedback for trash and recycling collection trucks. I've had a few times when the garbage and/or recycling trucks attempt to empty the trash container too fast leaving much of the trash still in the container. All of my garbage and recycling is very loose and not crammed into the container so this is a matter of the trucks picking it up and setting it down too quickly.
