Description

There is running water pouring out of a sewer hole at the intersection of West Broad Street and Belvidere Street. The water has been pouring into the street for the past three days. Why has the City of Richmond not fixed this problem? Either gazillions of gallons of fresh water is being wasted or toilet water is pouring into Broad Street all week and all that has been done is there are safety cones surrounding the water leak. The attached picture shows the running water.
