Cars turning right onto west Lakeshore or going straight southbound on Bathurst from the curb lane, which is clearly signed as Right turn only onto Fleet (north of the streetcar tracks). This is a very dangerous move and needs to be policed.

What does it matter? The police don't care; the councillors don't care; the drivers don't care; the mayor hasn't got a clue. If drivers can get by with breaking the law, they will do it. It needs constant police presence to stop it. And the police wonder why they lose the public's respect.
Try the traffic wardens. If done, make sure they are there constantly until the condo drivers get the idea that their activity is unacceptable. Maybe raise the illegal left turn fin to $500. That might do it.
