Car is repeatedly on street I walk by with South Carolina tags. I have seen driver park it and get in another car, he seems to be using street as parking garage during day then moves it at night. Car has SC tags and should be ticketed and/or towed. I submitted a report monday, but car had moved. I am submitting this one earlier in the day to help. Thanks!
