Aggressive Doberman Pincer dogs abandoned in lot. Have gotten out and attacked other dogs as people are walking by. They constantly bark 24/7. Please remove the dogs. We have asked the owner to stop dropping them here unattended but he continues to do so. We all fear for our safety, the safety of our children and our pets.
