called the office to report a tree in front of home that appears to be hazardous. She mentioned a couple of weeks back, she saw someone out looking at the tree but there hasn’t been any progress. She feels she is getting the run around because no one is giving her any information about the tree and fears it will fall and could cause significant damage. Is there some way someone could get in contact with her to give her some sort of status of update? Please assist.
