with the big push for bicycling downtown, it is suprising that all 3 locations for the city-funded public bike tire pumps (at library, waterfront, and train station) are broken, and for a long time now. so i go to top off my air, and instead end up walking home with a complete flat once i tried to use the broken pump which deflated me completely.
