Sharraxaadda

The signal at this intersection is stuck in a cycle. The signal will cycle regardless of cross traffic. I drive through this intersection almost daily at around 3:30 am, and there is never cross traffic on Buena Vista, yet the signal constantly cycles, and since there is also a left turn cycle, it causes unnecessary delays for traffic on 6th. This is not a new problem -- I've noticed it for several months now.
