This is a code violation if the property was approved since the Downtown Master Plan was put in place (I think the 1994 version). Who is "bogus"? A spam bot?
This property will be required to improve the sidewalk and landscaping as part of its redevelopment. The DAC just approved a hotel on the site. Still, I want to keep it open until I see it fixed.
Unless of course, we give waivers so that developers don't have to plant trees... Ray, the city's new landscape planner, sounds like he is more willing to enforce the tree ordinances that we do have.

Afraid not, Tree Hugger. Our city's policy seems to be: Wait for a developer to redevelop the site, then we'll get trees.
Of course, that means we could be waiting 30 years for some sites.
