Good luck....I have tried to get cars ticketed on a Sunday, and have been told by 311 reps that there is no parking enforcement on Sundays. You can only have tickets & tows by police.

Good to know, but don't lose hope! Got a response saying ticket was issued and an hour later the car was moved
