Thank you for reporting this issue. The matter was advanced to our Engineering / Public Works Department at 12:46 PM and a work order created. At 3:28 PM our Traffic Engineer inspected the subject signal and found it working properly. The signal will be checked again tomorrow to ensure that the issue has been resolved or if additional work is required.
