Hey Larry, I wish you could convince the guy who posts a complaint about every single scrawl of grafitti he finds on bloor st. - over and over and over again - to back off. He fills three pages of SCF at a time, then re-posts them. It makesd me want to scream

Isn't the reporting of individual problems (abandoned bikes, graffiti) what this app is about?

Yes it is, but when one person fills three consecutive SCF pages with graffiti reports from one block of Bloor St. W., my eyes start to glaze over. I find abandoned bikes much more interesting, as a hard-to-explain urban phenomenon
