I am building a home, and someone saw the opportunity to dump a household pile, including couches and kids toys. I have contacted the county for weeks, as they said it would be picked up. But public works is not making any effort after 3 weeks. It was dumped on the street and has attracted people to rummage through the pile, which debris now blows around in the wind. People used to dump at the corner but CSX has been working there, so they tucked it by my house.
