Description
When it is windy, All American Stone & Turf produces huge dust clouds covering Texas 6 Frontage Rd. near the intersection with Deacon and entrance to the freeway.
This creates driving hazard on this busy road, and the spot known for many accidents (see the photo of dust clouds attached - it was taken on January 23, 2017 at 5:47pm).
All American Stone & Turf has been the source of dust and dirt on Texas 6 Frontage Rd. for ages.
It was reported on multiple occasions here:
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/1561303
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/1589631
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/1742453
There were earlier (2015-03-31) promises ( http://seeclickfix.com/issues/1561303 ) from the Planning Services: From Planning:" "All American Stone and Turf has a recently approved Site Plan which will pave a portion of the driveway and a parking area. The design also calls for a cattle guard type exit that will knock dirt off tires before leaving the site.” Construction will begin in the near future. "
While some paving was probably done (I haven't seen as much mud spilling onto the road), but it is evidently not sufficient.

I would like to clarify: I am not talking about the code violation.
Rather, I am reporting repeated unsafe driving condition on the public road - major route. I expect that repeated hazardous driving conditions should be a concern for the City of CS (whichever department(s) is(are) in charge for safe roads).
And I don't want my and other College Station taxpayers' money to be wasted on covering potential litigation costs due to the City negligence in mitigating known hazardous condition leading to serious accidents.
Thank you for your service to the community!

Code Support Officer: I was (and am still) hoping the City _CAN_ address safety of the roads (without waiting until it becomes a civil matter and someone health or live is endangered).
I understand that it might be outside the scope of the regular work stream of this "public work order system". So, maybe you can, please, relay this information to the City Manager's office, and let them consider if something CAN be done to avoid accidents waiting to happen. Thank you in advance.
Tracey: indeed, the dust is from the lot occupied by AAS&T (related and originated from their products). Sorry if it sounded differently, and thank you for the clarification. I appreciate your point of view, but having been in the dense dust clouds on several occasions while driving there, all I can say is that the same object can be crap or manure to different people.
