Why is it taking so long to fix this pot hole?

One month later and this pothole is still not fixed. Why?

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

Why was this issue closed? The pot hole has not been filled or fixed. Please fix this pothole. I am attaching a picture that i had taken the day after this issue was closed. Even in last Thursdays rain you can easily see that the pot hole is deep and not fixed. To help you out I am circling the pothole in the attached picture taken on Broad Street at the intersection of South Belvidere Street.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

Here is a picture that I had taken this morning 4/13/2017 of the pothole that I reported on January 27, 2017 and it has yet to be filled.
